Welcome to UniDoors! By purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the sale and delivery of all products offered by UniDoors. 

1.2 By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2.1 We specialize in the sale of interior doors, which are subject to availability. 2.2 Product descriptions and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, material, or design may occur.

3.1 We offer both delivery and installation services within the area metioned. 3.2 Outside of the installation area, delivery is still available, but installation services will not be provided. 3.3 If you are located outside the installation area, you will need to arrange for your own installation.

4.1 We offer delivery within UK. Delivery outside of this area may incur additional charges or may not be available. 4.2 Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on stock availability and external factors. We will inform you of any delays. 4.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accessible and suitable for delivery.

5.1 Installation services are only available within areas menation in "service page". 5.2 Our installation services cover the fitting of doors as per your specifications. Any additional work (e.g., removal of old doors, alterations) must be requested and agreed upon in advance. 5.3 You are responsible for ensuring that the area is prepared and accessible for our installation team.

6.1 All prices are displayed in £-pounds and include all taxes if applicable. 6.2 Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6.3 We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

7.1 Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, original condition. Custom-made or specially ordered doors are non-refundable. 7.2 If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. 7.3 Cancellations are accepted within 1 working Day of order placement. Cancellations after this period may incur a fee.

8.1 UniDoors is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect installation if performed by a third party. 8.2 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation strikes, or supplier shortages.

9.1 All doors come with a warranty of  5 years, covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation (if done by a third party), or natural wear and tear.
